This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on the Florentina Jewellers website.


Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


Delivery Methods

We currently ship within the United Kingdom using the following services:

Royal Mail Next Day Delivery

Royal Mail Special Delivery, recommended for high-value items

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are not included in the product price unless stated otherwise.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details. Florentina Jewellers is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

Loss in transit is covered only when Royal Mail Special Delivery is selected at checkout.

If Royal Mail confirms a parcel as lost, a refund will be issued after their mandatory investigation period of 20 working days.

If a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier but the customer claims non-receipt, and the delivery address provided was correct, Florentina Jewellers will not be responsible for the loss. We will assist with enquiries where possible, but no reimbursement will be issued.
