Welcome to Florentina Jewellers. By accessing and using this website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.
1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through our website. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. The version in force at the time of your order will apply.
2. Products & Descriptions
All jewelry is described as accurately as possible.
Product images are for illustration purposes only; slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or handmade processes.
Measurements, weights and colors are approximate.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP (£).
Full payment is required at the time of placing the order.
Postage and delivery costs are not included in the product price unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
4.Delivery
Orders are dispatched using Next Day Delivery, unless otherwise specified.
Buyers must provide accurate and complete delivery details.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order is delivered elsewhere, Florentina Jewellers is not responsible.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
5. Inspection & Notification
Customers must inspect goods immediately upon receipt.
Any damage, defects or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
6. Loss in Transit
A delivery warranty for loss is provided only if the customer selects Royal Mail Special Delivery.
If Royal Mail confirms loss in transit, a refund will be issued after their mandatory investigation period of 20 working days.
If a parcel is marked as delivered but the customer claims non-receipt, and the delivery address provided was correct, Florentina Jewellers will not be held responsible.
We will assist with recovery enquiries but no reimbursement will be issued in such cases.
7. Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations)
Customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, except for:
Custom-made or personalised jewelry
Earrings and pierced jewelry (for hygiene reasons)
Items damaged, worn, altered, or used after delivery
Returned items must be:
°Unused and unworn
° In original packaging
°In resalable condition
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
8. Returns & Exchanges
°Earrings and pierced jewelry are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
°Custom-made and incorrect size orders are non-returnable.
°Sale items are non-returnable.
° For eligible items, we offer a 10-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.
°Refunds are not provided, only exchanges or store credit where applicable.
9. Jewelry Care & Usage
Jewelry should be handled with care.
We are not responsible for damage caused by:
°Exposure to water, chemicals, perfumes or cosmetics
° Improper storage or misuse
° Normal wear and tear
Care instructions should be followed to maintain product quality.
10. Limitation of Liability
Florentina Jewellers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our products or website.
11. Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders suspected of fraudulent activity or unauthorised payment methods.
12. Intellectual Property
All website content, including images, designs, text and logos, is the property of Florentina Jewellers and may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
