Returns and Exchanges

Earrings and pierced jewelry are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Custom-made or personalised jewelry is non-returnable.

Products ordered in the wrong size are non-returnable.

Sale items are non-returnable.

For eligible items, we offer a 10-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.

Refunds are not provided. Exchanges or store credit may be offered at our discretion.
