 By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Florentina Jewellers 's website if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page. 

1. *Payment and Delivery:*   - Full payment is required at the time of placing the order. Postage costs are not included in the price.    - Orders will be shipped using Next Day delivery service.

 2. *Delivery Details:*   - Buyers must provide accurate delivery details. If the provided address is incorrect and the order is delivered elsewhere, Florentina Jewellers is not responsible.  

3. *Inspection and Notification:*   - Buyers must inspect the goods immediately upon receipt.    - Any damage or unfit products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Otherwise, the delivery will be considered successful.  

4. *Warranty:*   - A warranty is provided for jewelry in case of loss, provided the buyer selects our recommended delivery option (Royal Mail Special Delivery).    - If the product is lost by Royal Mail in transit, a refund will be issued after their mandatory waiting period of 20 working days.  

5. *Parcel Delivery:*   - If a parcel is marked as delivered but the customer claims non-receipt, and the provided address was correct, Florentina Jewellers will not be responsible for the loss.    - Florentina Jewellers will assist in recovery efforts but will not reimburse for the loss.  

6. *Sizes and Custom Orders:*   - Preorder custom-made jewelry and products ordered in incorrect sizes are non-returnable.  

7. *Returns Policy:*   - Earrings and pierced jewelry are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.    - For other products, a 10-day return policy is offered for exchanges. Refunds are not provided.    - Sale items are non-returnable.
